Extraordinary desert tough plant from Madagascar, rarely seen outside of botanic gardens. I saw my first at Mt Cootha botanic garden in Brisbane. Tall slender stems are furnished with tiny succulent leaves, and each has a companion spine making them impossible to handle without thick leather gloves. This is a collector’s plant, and this is the only batch I have for sale, just 12 plants.
